I have been sitting back, watching and waiting. I am not happy with things.
I am taking over again, I have discussed this with some before making this move, and it has to be made. And while I may not be popular in many peoples eyes it has to be done.
Nox is dieing, we have closed ourselves to the point we have no air to breath. We no longer have much to say as we let very little now voices in.
I miss the old days, back when it was busy , something always to discuss and the occasional troll to bash. And that is most peoples worry's are trolls, but back in the day those who remember also will remember how Nox was loved for not tolerating them, and ridding of them quickly.
In the days to come I will start the changes, we will be going back to admin/global set up due to it worked back then. Some staff will be demoted in this process, and any can voice their concerns to me via pm.
I have tried many times to step away and retire, but the fact is Nox is dieing. And to stand back and watch is something I can not do. I have changes in mind, and while we may lose some I know a few who will stick with Nox no matter what and I will say what I said back when brought Nox back last time, if only a handful of loyal Nox members who love what it is trying to do are here then I am happy.
