Semi-retirement of RevDevon **(Staying @ NOX)

following is a letter that I will be posting throughout the community ...This announcement in no way changes anything with me for Sanguinox as I shall remain here in the same capacities for quite some time in fact Sanguinox shall be my only primary concern

To All in the VC :

Many know who I am personally as well as by reputation . Those who don't please feel free to take the time to try to find me through either Yahoo msgr (revdevon) or MSN msgr (revdevon@atlantavampirealliance.com) , especially if you may have any questions . Through this letter I regrettfully need to semi-retire from the community . Many are aware of my various health problems and the amount of medications that I need to take daily . As it is now I am spread very thin throughout the community by holding many positions of honor in various houses, clans , orgs. etc. . By the term semi retirement this will entail retiring from all positions throughout the community with the exception of my primary one of Admin/Founder at Sanguinox ( www.sanguin.net ) .. Feel free to stop by and check it out if you have not already done so .. I will still be available for advisement to any that ask , but will just not hold any position or title .. I also will still be available as always to answer any questions one may have or direct them to someone who may ..

I gotta say when I saw the title of this thread my heart broke a little. I am very happy to see you taking it easy and taking care of yourself. Also very relieved to know you will still be with us here. *hugs you tight* If there is ever anything you need or would like help with here I'd be more than happy to offer what time and experience I have to help hun. Wow.. I'm with MLE there, nearly had a heart attack when I thought you were going to be leaving us *subtly nails you to the floor* lol.

I'm glad to see that you're taking some more time for your own self hun and entirely selfishly happy that that doesn't include stepping away from Nox- the place just would never be the same without you. All that time ago when I joined you were the reason I stuck around and your guidance and friendship has done more for me than you'll ever realise. Thank you for that.

You have all my love and respect and hey.. perhaps it's time to put your assistant back to work if there is ANYTHING I can do.

Since you and I have similar concerns such as our health problems and tons of medications, it is even more important that we take care of ourselves first and foremost. WE just can't do all the things we used to and that is a hard nut to crack. We sincerely want to continue what we've been doing but there comes a time where we have to let go of certain things and take more time for our health.

Dev, although I am sad to see you let go of so many things you care and love, I know all too well of what you are going through with your health. I agree, you need to take care of you first!

Let me be the first to offer you something you should have had a while ago...and could use! Maybe this will help you to take it easy.

As we have discussed, both of us have to take good care of our health. That is first and foremost. I am glad to hear that you have stepped down from some organizations so you don't have such a burden layed upon you. But, I AM DOING A HAPPY, HAPPY VAMPIRE DANCE for you making up your mind to STAY at Nox, cuz we love you and appreciate all you do for us on here.

Taking care of yourself means that you will be more able to take care of others just the way youhave always done here at nox so im all for it hunnie.I must say though as cama stated as selfish as it may sound im soooo glad that ur primary port of call lets say will be here with us at nox *tight hugs*
The place just wouldnt be the same without ya dude!

I for one feel very honored that you quit activity on other sites and chose to stay with this family on Nox. We love ya very much here and never want to see you go or even hear of such rumors LOL

You know Rev i would hate to see you leave the OVC full time fullstop i am glad your keeping up with Nox and seeing you around alot of the community and knowing only a small part you have played in in it i know theres more but hey i cant type or get around that many things lol

Just know that your always loved and respected by all who meet you your a fantastic guy and i dispair the day that you finaly go into full retirement you will be one i will sorely miss
