Three students at a Queen's High School were viciously attacked by a twisted teen vampiress who held the girls down, sunk her teeth into their flesh and attempted to drink their blood a shocking new lawsuit charges.

One of the victims at Hill Crest High School is 16 year old Michelle Melendez.

A twisted teen age vampiress attacked three girls who atteneded her Queen's High School savagely, sinking her teeth into their necks in a series of bloodlettings. A shocking new lawsuit charges.

Lawyer Jeff Lisabeth is filing a multi-million dollar suit today against Hillcrest High School in Jamaca for failing to prevent the unprovoked slashings and neck biting attacks by the 15 year old girl who police have arrested but will not identify because of her age.

One of the victims Michelle Melendez, age 16, told the Post that the girl drew blood from her neck and face leaving disfiguring teeth marks on her jawline and throat.

She was also slashed with the jagged edge of a can in the December 15th attack 2 blocks from the school.

"It looks as if she was bititing for the juggular the vein" Lisabeth said.

"The school turned a blind eye to the fact that they had vampira in their mist" in his lawsuit which also names the city Lisabeth accuses the school named as the city's most violent in 1992 of neglegence and of failure to protect the victim. The civil suit also blames the neck biter's parents and holds them responsible for the bloody assult.

In an interview, Melendez said she was waiting near the school for a bus ride home when the girl "started slashing my face with something sharp and she bit me for no reason."

"She was trying to get my juggular vein. I couldn't even believe it was going on." She said adding her attacker dragged her down to the ground "there was blood flowing all over my face, my skin was in her mouth and she wouldn't let go." Melendez said "She just bites like crazy. She eats your flesh. For some reason she just likes to bite."

She (Melendez) was able to push off the crazed teen who fled leaving Melendez bleeding profusely from cutes and bites on her face and neck. She also suffered a broken finger. Her parents reported the attack to police who arrested the suspect on January 18th and charged her with second degree assult as a minor, after a frightened Melendez saw her roaming the halls of Hillcrest Highschool.

The sickening suspect still attends the highshcool infrequently Melendez said.

The case was referred to Queen's Family Court and the accused vampire was quickly released authorities said.

Police confirmed the assult on Melendez the neck bites and the subsequent arrest.

The girl also slashed Melenedez with the jagged edge of a torn alumnium soda can one investigator said.

Lisabeth said he believes only Melendez reported the assult to police but that two other girls reported similar incidents to the school.

Principal Stephen Duch did not return several phone calls from the Post.

Meanwhile, Melendez said she will need plastic surgery to restore her face. She says the ordeal has left her fearful, tormented my nightmares and in a self imposed retreat in her apartment.

"I don't like to be alone" she said. Even sleep is no respite, she said because of a nightmare in which a crazed attacker "is biting me everywhere."

"I just sit in my room and stay by my parents. I don't feel safe in school."

The attacked ruined Christmas and caused the cancellation of her sweet 16 party said her mother, Michaela Melendez.

"My duaghter just locks herself in her room," said the mom, a nurse.

"She's hurt and angry. We are trying to get her life back together but it's hard. This is the worst nightmare you can have for your kid."

"The school system let her down. We feel angry at the school system because they let this animal back in shcool. She is evil. She is wicked and evil."

The definition of this word is: Someone who is erotically attracted to the sight, taste or smell of blood; he or she generally has no physical need to consume it, and will usually be happy with small amounts. Blood-fetishism is often accompanied by other sexual fetishes, including but not limited to sadism and masochism, and the blood is usually taken during sexual or fetish play, as in a bondage or domination situation. By the way in which the article stated that the unknown teenage girl forced Ms. Melendez to the ground is in fact a form of domination. The use of the jagged soda can to cut and biting is sadist act.



Something that no one mentioned in the article is that more than likely the unknown attackist more than likely has cuts on herself from self mutilation which is also associated largely with Blood-fetishism. The definition of Self Mutilation Syndrome is: A psychological condition which has apparently begun to grow among American youth. Sufferers of SMS, also known as cutters, feel the need to cut into their flesh and watch themselves bleed. Some sufferers of SMS also drink the blood drawn out this way, although this is not standard for the disorder. Most sufferers of SMS are redirecting feelings of anger, frustration, inadequacy, or emotional pain onto their bodies. Some eventually get involved in body art and blood fetishism.



Another avenue no one seemed to mention in the article is that the unknown assailant may be suffering from Renfield’s Syndrome or Clinical Vampirism. The definition of that is: Some attention has been given to a condition named 'Renfield's Syndrome' in psychological literature, based on the fly-eating character Renfield in Bram Stoker's Dracula. Renfield's Syndrome is described as having four stages: a trauma or 'critical incident' in childhood in which the patient discovers that the taste and sight of blood is 'exciting' or attractive; 'auto vampirism', the drinking of one's own blood (auto hemophagia); 'zoophagia', or the consumption of blood from animals; and finally 'true vampirism', in which the patient must have human blood, and may resort to stealing blood from medical facilities, or serial murder.

Hollywood and journalism has put the vampire in such bad light that it is difficult for the real vampire community at large to gain any respect in self worth in the mundane community at large. We always looked at as freaks, and sociopaths. Because of Hollywood and journalism not depicting the real vampires in a correct mannerism, the real vampire community has to worry about other types of freaks called Hunters who actually do go out and try to kill anyone who is or says they are a vampire or even dresses in a gothic style manner (although not all real vampires dress as such.) If you want to know more about the real vampire community I would be willing to do an article explaining about the community at large and how it has been skewed throughout history due to journalism inaccuracies and Hollywood as well as give you an insight as to what real vampires are.



As an FYI, the definition of a real vampire is: Someone who has a condition which includes but is not limited to a physical thirst or driving need for blood which is non-erotic in nature; and in a more significant quantity than is generally required or desired by other blood-drinkers, such as blood fetishists or psi energy; increased physical and/or psychic sensitivities; sensitivity to light or sunlight or migraines when being out or exposed to sunlight and a nocturnal circadian rhythm; amplification and/or alteration of emotional states and feelings.



I must say that I am outraged that no one bothered to contact anyone within the real vampire community for quotes or information for this particular article! I personally do not see how you could have done the article without it. The real vampire community at large has been suffering greatly for many years due to journalists having their stories printed without so much as contacting anyone in the real vampire community.

Hold up. You are all jumping to some unfair conclusions. Yes, this girl had some serious mental issues, and there is no denying that. I know that I have had times when I want nothing more than to rip my teeth into flesh and pull the wound open wide with just those teeth and feed. It has become such a strong desire that I will often shake with the need to do while at the same time I am fiercely holding myself from doing it.

That there is the one difference between what she did and I what I do. No matter the situation, I always maintain control and do not let the hunger or the beast control me. Even if it gets so bad that I feel all hope is lost, I do not lose control and if necessary, I bite myself (without breaking skin) to give myself a touch of pain and to give the urge to bite something somewhere to go.

The only time I have allowed myself to lose control and bite someone to the point of breaking flesh was during consensual sex in a case where I asked the person prior to our joining together if something like that would be allowed. I never once had a feeding during my high school years, but the hunger never drove me to such madness.

Granted...each person is different in how they react and control things, but it is unfortunately the people like this young woman who help add to our problem of negative media. If she truly is one of us, I feel positively terrible that she has not had anyone as a mentor. Perhaps if she had, this other girl would not have been attacked like a character out of Hollywood.

If she were a true vampire and someone had been there for her, maybe she would have known the real vampires, the way we truly act and feed, from the media's, and popular culture's, idea of what we are, how we act and feed.

It is a tragedy for her and for us.

There comes a time in ones life where one must stand up for what one knows is right, just and true. This was my time. The vampire community - my community -- your community has come under so much fire the past year that if someone did not stand up and speak we may not have recovered.

That girl was an avid role player of games and was very activly taking illegal drugs. She and her family have moved from their home and have left no forwarding address except with the police department and the courts.

Yes, we all can get to the point where we are starving. I have yet to meet a real vampire who would go to the points that girl went to. I've been around the vampire community (offline) for 30 years. I've been on the online community now for 5 years. I have taught many newly awakeneds who even without guidance prior to me helping them have never done such a thing.

This is not the first time this girl has been in trouble. She apparently has had many instances where she thought she was something or other due to the games she played. One cannot be a zombie, a vampire slayer, a vampire, a werewolf, a barbairan, a wererat, a sorceress sent by god, a god, etc all within a few months. Do you all see where I'm going?

Severe mental problems. Best case senerio: The girl gets sentenced to a sanitarium for a few years, gets on some meds to help her get her life straightened out and gets into some therapy.

Well Written Countess, and justly so.

I must though also kinda take the middle view as usual and say that it is just slightly possible that she was starving had no Mentor and fed into her inner urges. I know there are many many many times i psy feed and cannot control it, though i am trying to learn. That is not without saying that she might have a psychiatric issue. Benfit of the doubt i guess.

I myself ask why the parents did nothing...............when your child becomes a "cutter" why the hell would htey not have noticed and hte first attack should ahve by far made it more obvious as the lack of school attendance, and following most diseases obvious antisocial activity........with a select grouping of peers as equals. -sighs- really shows a bad light on decaying family values.................:crying: As far as us getting a bad rap.......well we allowed it to be honest for so many years..........kind of like a dog that you see its owner whipping day after day adn yet it does nothing...........it allows it it allows the humiliationa nd the pain and just goes to lick its wounds...........While I am not sure we should just say hey here we are! hehe I think that might be a bit much lol but we do at least need to stand up for ourselves from time to time...........
