Ok im never sure how to ask questions so if this all comes out worng forgive me lol
I have been really off my food resently.I know ive just been through some tryin times over the past month or so but in the middle of all that i got my apitite back and was eating normaily for a few days but thats it.Im finding it realy hard to eat and when i do try to eat something it makes me gag.Ive been drinking some vitaman filled shakes and been taking more iron tablets to try and compensate for the lack of food.Dont get me wrong im not tryin to loose weight or anything although that is one good point about it but its got to the point now where is starting to worry me that i dont want to eat because i love food i can eat a mixed grill in the blink of an eye Lmfao.

Hey babes i think its more to do with the worry youve been having of late its hard for the metabolism to get back into a proper working order once its not had food for a while it may just be a case of eating those small things that get your appatite flowing again comfort foods and al that sort of thing.

sang feeding generaly dosent come into it it can affect the metabolism if the fact you think you missing something but i know your more than adiqute to psi feed more easily

as for losing weight dont yuofecking dare you lost enough last time around just take it easy once its down if its staying down take it in small portions to begin with dont try a massive dinner just smal portions placed over the day and or night the body is a wonderfull tool but it needs regular fuel as well so take it as grazing with small portions

I agree with Preist, but eat very blane and simple foods and small amounts till you get your stomach back in working order....and stay off the soft drinks till you eat food again, they can really mess up a upset stomach....good luck

Try soup and small meals.. That seems to work for me.. If you can sang feed try that, but when I need to feed I tend to overcompensate with food until I get to feed on energy.. etc.. anyway I hope this helps.

I find than when I don't sang feed in awhile my body doesn't want most foods and if I eat them I get really sick, for me when I feed sang I can eat things a lot easier than when I haven't. When I am unable to feed sang, I eat raw beef, and drink lots of protein shakes with taurine added to them, things like ensure, and I buy the taurine at the bodybuilders store. I do not find psi feeding that great as far as filling me. I can feed off of most things, even electricity, but I have to feed 3-4 times a day at least with psi, and electrical, and elemental, whereas with sang I can go oon one feeding for a week. That is why I consider myself a sangi and not a hybrid, because although I can feed off of most things, it doesn't fill me, but my other vamp friends have also found the beef and shake diet quite good when our bodies are low on energy, or when our energy stores are down. I am posting this in case someone else finds it benificial! It works for us!!
